Buy Out

Buyer purchases Design outright for their exclusive use only. Design is completely removed from the Philly Cowdrey Pattern Library and cannot be sold to any other party. All Designs are copyright of Philly Cowdrey.

Non-Exclusive License

Design is licensed to you in your specific category but remains in the Philly Cowdrey Pattern Library. Design can be licensed to other brands in different categories.

Licensing periods for non-exclusive licenses are negotiable.  At the expiration of the licensing period you will have the option to contact Philly Cowdrey to renew the license.  If no contact is made, the design will revert back into Philly Cowdrey Pattern Library and become available for purchase to other parties. All Designs are copyright of Philly Cowdrey.

Exclusive License

Exclusive Designs can only be purchased once and will be licensed to you on an exclusive basis with an agreed-upon licensing timeframe (e.g 24 months). Once the Exclusive Design has been purchased it will be removed from our pattern library. At the end of the exclusive licensing period, you will have the option to contact Philly Cowdrey to either renew or terminate the license. If the license is not renewed, the Exclusive Design will revert back into Philly Cowdrey Pattern Library and become available for purchase to other parties. All Designs are copyright of Philly Cowdrey.

Complex Designs (Commercial & Signature)

·        (1-5 motifs / 2+ colours / simple - medium repeat system)

·        Non Exclusive License $350+*

·        Exclusive License $450+*

·        Buy Out $600+*

Lead Designs (Commercial & Signature)

·        (Multiple motifs / 2+ colours / medium - complex repeat system)

·        Non Exclusive License $500+*

·        Exclusive License $700+*

·        Buy Out $1000+*

Co-ordinate Designs (Part of a collection - Commercial & Signature)

·        (Motifs compliment Hero Design / 2+ colours / simple - complex repeat system)

·        Non Exclusive License $350+*

·        Exclusive License $450+*

·        Buy Out $650+*

Hero Design (Part of a collection - Commercial & Signature)

·        (Multiple motifs / 2+ colours / medium - complex repeat system)

·        Non Exclusive License $750+*

·        Exclusive License $900+*

·        Buy Out $1200+*
